Terms of service
These terms cover purchases from MerchNique Store and custom print orders.
Using MerchNique
You agree to provide accurate order and delivery information, and not to misuse the platform or interfere with its operation.
Pricing and payment
Store prices are shown before checkout. Custom pricing is issued as a quote tied to an approved mockup version and remains valid until its stated expiry. All amounts are calculated and verified server-side.
Custom artwork and rights
You confirm that you hold the rights to artwork you submit for custom printing, and that it does not infringe third-party intellectual property. We may decline artwork that appears infringing or unlawful.
Custom order approval
Custom production begins after you approve a mockup and pay against the accepted quote. Because custom items are made for you, they are not eligible for change-of-mind returns once production starts.
AI generated designs
AI design generation is provided as a creative tool. You remain responsible for confirming that anything you send to production is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights. Credits consumed by a successful generation are non-refundable; failed generations are refunded automatically.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law.
