Delete your MerchNique account
You can start deletion here even if you no longer have the Android app installed.
What will be deleted
Your customer profile, password, linked Google/Firebase sign-in, active sessions, delivery addresses, wishlist, contact enquiries, and eligible uploaded or generated content are removed after confirmation.
What may be retained
Completed orders, invoices, payments, refunds, open fulfilment records, and records needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance may be retained for the required period. They are detached from your deleted customer account and access is restricted.
Two-step confirmation
Enter your account email below. If a verified account exists, we email a single-use link that expires after one hour. Nothing is deleted until you open that link and explicitly confirm permanent deletion.
