Shipping
Timelines differ between catalogue orders and custom production, because the work behind each is different.
Store orders
In-stock catalogue orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Metro delivery typically lands in 3 to 5 business days, and other serviceable areas in 5 to 8.
Custom print orders
Production starts only after mockup approval and confirmed payment. Standard production takes 4 to 8 business days depending on quantity and print method, then normal delivery time applies. Your request page shows the current stage.
Tracking
Tracking is issued at dispatch and appears on your order or request page. If a delivery attempt fails, the courier retries before the parcel returns to origin, and support can arrange a re-dispatch.
Charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address. For custom orders, shipping appears as a line on your quote before you accept it, so there is never a surprise charge afterwards.
