Delivery Timeline

Since all MerchNique products are printed on-demand, please allow additional time for production before shipping:

India (via Qikink + Shiprocket)

  • Production: 2–4 business days after order confirmation
  • Shipping: 3–6 business days after dispatch
  • Total estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

USA (via Printful / Printify)

  • Production: 2–5 business days after order confirmation
  • Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Total estimated delivery: 5–12 business days

Delivery times may vary based on your location and the print partner's proximity. Remote areas may take additional time.

Shipping Charges

India

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹499
  • Standard shipping: ₹49 for orders below ₹499

USA

  • Free shipping on orders above $50
  • Standard shipping: $5.99 for orders below $50

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order in real-time through the MerchNique app under My Orders.

Shipping Partners

India: We work with leading logistics providers including Shiprocket for safe and timely delivery.

USA: Orders are fulfilled and shipped via Printful and Printify's US-based production facilities.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes within India only. COD is not available for US orders. COD availability is shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

  • A COD handling fee of ₹40 may be applied at checkout.
  • COD is subject to the logistics provider's serviceability for your pin code.
  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • If a COD order is refused at delivery, the customer may be restricted from placing future COD orders.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@merchnique.com with your order ID, unboxing video, and photos of the product and packaging.

An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims. Without video proof, we may not be able to verify the cause of damage and process your claim.

For orders shipped via India Post, tracking may be limited or unavailable. Delivery disputes for India Post shipments are subject to India Post's own tracking confirmation, and claims may have limited recourse.
