We deliver to all serviceable pincodes across India.

Products are printed after your order is placed to ensure freshness.
Delivery Timeline
Since all MerchNique products are printed on-demand, please allow additional time for production before shipping:
- Production: 2–4 business days after order confirmation
- Shipping: 3–6 business days after dispatch
- Total estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary based on your location and the print partner's proximity. Remote areas may take additional time.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode and order value. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value — check the app for current offers.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order in real-time through the MerchNique app under My Orders.
Shipping Partners
We work with India's leading logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes within India. COD availability is shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.
- A COD handling fee of ₹50 may be applied at checkout.
- COD is subject to the logistics provider's serviceability for your pin code.
- Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
- If a COD order is refused at delivery, the customer may be restricted from placing future COD orders.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@merchnique.com with your order ID and photos (if damaged). We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
