Timelines differ between catalogue orders and custom production, because the work behind each is different.
India store orders
Each product page says whether the item is available to order and made after purchase. The fulfilment team confirms production and dispatch after payment or COD verification. The delivery charge and final payable total are shown before the order is placed.
USA made-to-order products
Most USA products ship after 2 to 7 business days in production. Standard domestic transit is commonly 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, but the live ZIP-code quote at checkout is the estimate that applies to your order. Peak periods, stock checks and quality reprints can take longer.
Custom print orders
Production starts only after mockup approval and confirmed payment. Standard production takes 4 to 8 business days depending on quantity and print method, then normal delivery time applies. Your request page shows the current stage.
Tracking and carrier
The carrier is assigned according to the product, destination and available delivery service. When tracked service is available, the carrier and tracking number appear on your order page after dispatch. If a delivery attempt fails, contact support with the order reference.
Charges and tax
India delivery is calculated from the cart rules. USA delivery is quoted from the ZIP code before Razorpay opens. The checkout total shows the product price, delivery and any tax charged by MerchNique before payment; your card issuer may separately apply its own foreign-card or currency fee.
