What we collect

We process account details such as name, email and phone; delivery addresses; order and request history; payment status returned by our payment provider; artwork you upload for custom printing; support enquiries; and standard technical data such as device, browser, security, and app-interaction information.

We do not store full card numbers. Payment details are entered in and handled by Razorpay or the applicable payment provider.

Android app and connected services

The Android app displays MerchNique services and provides native Google sign-in, payment, file-selection, notification, and launch-screen features. Google Firebase may process an account identifier, email, basic profile, app instance or notification token, and security diagnostics for authentication and delivery of opted-in notifications. Razorpay processes payment information when you choose prepaid payment.

Why we collect it

We use data to create and secure accounts, process orders and payments, produce and ship custom work, send transactional messages and requested notifications, provide support, prevent abuse and fraud, meet tax and accounting obligations, and improve the service.

Artwork and AI features

Artwork is stored against your request so production instructions stay verifiable. It is used to prepare mockups and print files, and is not sold or licensed to third parties.

If you use AI design generation, your prompt and generated result may be stored against your account to provide the feature, support disputes, apply moderation, and reconcile credits.

Analytics and advertising measurement

Optional Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity tools load on the website only after you select "Allow measurement". Choosing "Only necessary" prevents those scripts from loading. The privacy-choices control remains available so you can change your choice.

When enabled, these tools may process page URLs, referral information, browser or device details, and interaction measurements under their own privacy terms. MerchNique does not intentionally send addresses, full payment details, tax records, order references, or artwork through this website measurement implementation.

Sharing and international processing

We share only what is necessary with production and logistics partners, Google Firebase, Razorpay or another selected payment provider, email and messaging providers, analytics providers you consent to, and infrastructure or support providers. Some providers may process data outside your state or country under their contractual and legal safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

Security and retention

Connections use encryption in transit. Access is restricted according to operational need. We retain data only for the service, security, contractual, and legal purposes described here. Completed invoices, payments, refunds, tax records, fraud-prevention records, disputes, and fulfilment records may be kept for the legally required period.

Your choices and account deletion

You can access or correct profile details in your account and opt out of marketing messages. You can permanently delete your account in Store Account > Security or through our public account deletion page, including when the Android app is no longer installed. The process sends a one-hour, single-use confirmation link and requires explicit confirmation before deletion.

Deletion removes your profile, sign-in methods, sessions, addresses, wishlist, contact enquiries, and eligible uploaded or generated content. Legally required financial, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and fulfilment records are detached from the account and retained only for the required period.
