All products can be customized with your own designs using our high-quality DTF printing technology.

- Choose your size and color

- Review your cart and proceed to checkout
- Enter your shipping details
- Choose payment method (Online or COD)
- Complete your order!
You can also upload your custom design through our "Custom Design" page.
Yes! You can checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account gives you benefits like:
- Order history tracking
- Saved shipping addresses
- Faster checkout
- Access to order details anytime
No! We don't have a minimum order quantity. You can order as few as 1 piece or as many as you need.
We use Print on Demand technology, so each order is made fresh for you! For orders of 50+ pieces, contact us for special bulk pricing and faster turnaround.
2 Shipping & Delivery
Production Time: 3-5 business days
Shipping Time: 2-3 business days (within India)
Total delivery time is typically 5-8 business days from order placement.
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and current order volume.
- Orders above ā¹999: FREE Shipping
- Orders below ā¹999: ā¹99 Shipping Fee
- Cash on Delivery: Additional ā¹50 COD charge
You can track your order in two ways:
- If you have an account: Login and go to "My Orders" to view tracking details
- Without an account: Use the tracking link sent to your email after dispatch
You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
However, we're working on expanding our shipping to international locations soon. Stay tuned for updates!
3 Custom Design
We accept the following file formats:
- PNG - Preferred for images with transparency
- JPG/JPEG - For photographs and solid designs
- SVG - Best for vector graphics
- PDF - For high-quality prints
- AI - Adobe Illustrator files
Maximum file size: 10MB
Recommended resolution: Minimum 300 DPI for best quality
- Go to our "Custom Design" page
- Upload your design file (max 10MB)
- Specify product type, quantity, and any special notes
- Submit your design
- Our team will review your design within 24 hours
- You'll receive a quote and mockup for approval
- Once approved, we start production (3-5 days)
- Your custom product will be shipped!
Yes! We offer design assistance for an additional fee. Our design team can:
- Create custom designs from your ideas
- Improve existing designs
- Convert low-resolution images to print-ready quality
- Provide design recommendations

4 Payment & Returns

All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
We offer a 7-day return policy for defective or damaged products.
Return Conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Tags and labels must be intact
- Return request within 7 days of delivery
- Manufacturing defects only
Note: Custom-designed products are non-returnable unless there's a production error.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
The refund will be credited to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- UPI/Wallets: 3-5 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
