Replacement & Exchange Policy

At MerchNique, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since our products are printed on-demand, our return policy is tailored accordingly and complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-Commerce Rules, 2020.
Eligible for Replacement
You may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:
- The product received has a manufacturing defect (e.g., print misalignment, fabric defect, stitching issues)
- You received a wrong item (different product, size, or design than what you ordered)
- The product was damaged during shipping
Not Eligible for Replacement
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Products that have been washed, worn, or altered
- Products without original tags and packaging
- Minor variations in colour from screen display (due to screen calibration differences)
How to Request a Replacement
- Open the MerchNique app and go to My Orders
- Select the order and tap Request Replacement
- Upload at least 3 clear photos of the product showing the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 48 hours
Alternatively, email support@merchnique.com with your order ID and photos.
Exchange
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same product is available, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it enters production (within a few hours of placing the order). Once the product is being printed, cancellation is not possible. Cancellation requests can be made through the app or by contacting support.
