Everything is cut oversized unless the product says otherwise. If you want the fit shown on the model, take your usual size. If you want it closer to the body, size down.
Measurements are of the garment laid flat, not of the body. Chest is measured across and doubled. Allow up to half an inch either way — these are knitted fabrics, not sheet metal.
