This document is a working draft written to be accurate about how the store operates. It has not yet been reviewed by a legal professional, and it will be before launch.
What we collect
- Your name, email, phone number and delivery address — needed to deliver an order and to tell you where it is.
- Your order history, so you can see it and so we can answer questions about it.
- Basic technical information from your browser, used to keep the site working and to spot abuse.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your card number, UPI ID or bank credentials. Payment details go directly to our payment gateway; we receive only whether the payment succeeded and a reference for it.
Who it is shared with
Only the parties needed to complete your order: the payment gateway, the printing partner for printed-to-order items, the courier delivering it, and the service that sends your order emails. Each receives only what that job requires. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising.
How long it is kept
Order records are kept as long as tax law requires them. Everything else is kept while your account is active. You can ask for your data or for your account to be deleted, and order records that must legally be retained are the only thing that stays.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep your cart and your session. It does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
