How POD works
Nine steps, two of which need a decision from you. Everything else is on us.

Upload your design
Send PNG, JPG, PDF, AI up to 25 MB. Aim for 300 DPI at final print size.

Pick a product
Choose the blank, colour, sizes and print placement. We flag anything that will not print well.

Tell us the requirements
Quantities, size split, deadline and delivery city. This becomes your saved request.

Talk on WhatsApp
A person reviews your artwork and answers questions. Your request stays on MerchNique, so nothing is lost in chat.

Review the mockup
You get a versioned mockup. Approve it, or request a revision with notes. There is no limit on sensible revisions.
- 06
Accept the quote
Only after approval do we issue a priced quote tied to that exact mockup version, with GST and shipping shown.
- 07
Pay securely
Pay through Razorpay against the accepted quote. Nothing enters production before payment is confirmed.

Production and QC
We print, quality-check every unit, and repack rejects before dispatch.

Shipped and delivered
Tracking appears on your request page as soon as the parcel leaves us.
THE ONLY TWO GATES
You approve the mockup. You accept the quote.
Those two confirmations are recorded against your request. If artwork, quantity or placement changes afterwards, the request creates a new version and a fresh quote so pricing stays honest.
