Everything you need to succeed as a MerchNique print partner.
Onboarding Guide
Step 1: Register
Visit /partner/register and select your region (India or USA). Fill in your business details, KYC information, and bank/payment details.
Step 2: Verification
After registration, our team will verify your business documents within 2–3 business days. You'll receive an email notification once approved.
- • India: GSTIN certificate, PAN card, cancelled cheque / bank passbook
- • USA: EIN letter (IRS CP575), government-issued ID, void cheque or bank letter
Step 3: Setup Your Capabilities
In your partner dashboard, configure: printing capabilities (DTG, screen print, embroidery, sublimation), product categories you support, maximum daily capacity, and turnaround times.
Step 4: Start Receiving Orders
Once verified, orders matching your capabilities will be routed to your dashboard. Accept orders, print, pack, and ship — you're live!
Quality Standards
Print Quality
- • Minimum resolution: 300 DPI for all print methods
- • Colour accuracy: Match the digital mockup within ΔE < 5 (CIELAB)
- • Print placement: Within 5mm tolerance of the specified position
- • Wash durability: Print must survive 30+ wash cycles without significant fading
Packaging Standards
- • Products must be individually poly-bagged to prevent moisture damage
- • Outer packaging must be a corrugated box or padded mailer (no loose bags)
- • Include the MerchNique packing slip (printed from your dashboard)
- • No third-party branding or promotional materials in the package

Shipping Guidelines
India Partners
- • Carrier: Shiprocket (MerchNique managed account)
- • Label Generation: Labels generated from your partner dashboard (prepaid by MerchNique)
- • Pickup: Schedule daily pickup via Shiprocket or drop off at nearest hub
- • Production SLA: 5–7 business days from order acceptance
- • Tracking: Update tracking ID in your dashboard within 24 hours of dispatch
USA Partners
- • Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx (your choice based on order weight/destination)
- • Labels: Generate shipping labels from your partner dashboard
- • Production SLA: 3–5 business days from order acceptance
- • Tracking: Upload tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch
- • International: Currently USA domestic only. International fulfillment via Printful.
Returns Handling
- • India: 7-day return window. Customer ships back via Shiprocket. Partner inspects and confirms.
- • USA: 30-day return window. No ship-back required for print-on-demand items. Refund processed.

Payment Methods
- • India: NEFT / IMPS to your registered bank account. TDS deducted under Section 194-O.
- • USA: ACH direct deposit, PayPal, or Stripe Connect. W-9 required. 1099-K issued for $600+ annually.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How long does verification take?
A: Typically 2–3 business days. You'll receive an email once your account is verified and ready to receive orders.
Q: Can I be a partner in both India and the USA?
A: Currently, each partner account is linked to one region. You can register separate accounts for each region with different business entities.
Q: What happens if I reject an order?
A: The order is reassigned to another active partner. Frequent rejections without valid reason will impact your trust score.
Q: How is the trust score calculated?
A: Trust score (0–100) is based on: order completion rate, quality complaints, on-time delivery, return rate, and customer ratings. It updates weekly.
Q: Can I set my own prices?
A: Retail prices are set by creators. Your payout is the product cost (retail minus creator royalty minus MerchNique commission). You receive the production cost portion.
Q: What if I need to pause receiving orders?
A: You can set your status to "On Hold" in the partner dashboard. Orders won't be routed to you until you reactivate. No penalty for planned holds.
