How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order in the MerchNique app under 'My Orders'.

What is the return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or wrong items. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Visit our Returns page for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and popular wallets through Razorpay — India's trusted payment gateway.

How long does delivery take?

Since products are printed on-demand, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Standard shipping is available across India.

Are the products genuine?

Absolutely. Every product is designed by verified creators and printed by our certified print partners using premium materials.

How do I become a creator?

Download the MerchNique app, sign up, and apply as a creator. Once approved, you can upload designs and start selling immediately — no upfront cost.
